Terms and Conditions for Bodega Siete Gotas Restaurant

Reservations:
Reservations are recommended and can be made by phone or through our website.
We hold reservations for a maximum of 15 minutes past the scheduled time before offering the table to other guests.

 

Cancellation Policy:

At Bodega Siete Gotas, we strive to provide all our guests with an exceptional dining experience. To ensure the quality of service and to manage resources effectively, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

 

For Standard Reservations:
   •    Cancellations: If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
   •    No-shows or late cancellations: Reservations canceled less than 24 hours before the reservation time will be subject to a fee of 0,00 per person.

 

For Large Groups (10 or more guests):
   •    Deposit Requirement: Large group reservations require a deposit of 50% per person at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
   •    Cancellations:
   •    Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance will receive a full refund of the deposit.
   •    Cancellations made between 72 and 24 hours in advance will receive a Partial Refund.
   •    Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of the full deposit.

 

Special Events or Exclusive Bookings:
   •    For private events or exclusive bookings, a signed agreement and non-refundable deposit are required. Any changes or cancellations must be communicated at least 7 days in advance.

Seating Policy:
Seating preferences will be accommodated based on availability. Larger groups may be seated separately depending on table availability.

 

Dining Experience:
Guests are expected to maintain an atmosphere conducive to a pleasant dining experience for all.

 

Dress code: Casual.

 

Allergies and Dietary Restrictions:
Please inform our staff of any allergies or dietary restrictions. While we make every effort to accommodate such needs, we cannot guarantee the absence of allergens in our dishes.

 

Payment:
We accept Major credit cards and cash.
Gratuity is not included in the bill and is left to the discretion of our guests.

 

Alcohol Policy:
We serve alcohol only to guests over the age of 18. Valid ID may be required.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated.

 

Children:
Children should be accompanied by an adult at all times.

 

Pets:
They are allowed in our outdoor areas.

 

Parking:
Limited street parking is available. Additional parking can be found at https://shorturl.at/iFZ29, a 2-minute walk from our restaurant.

 

Liability:
Bodega Siete Gotas is not responsible for any personal belongings lost or stolen on the premises.

 

Photography and Filming:
Photography is allowed, but filming for commercial purposes requires prior permission from management.
We occasionally take photographs or videos for promotional purposes, and your presence in the restaurant implies consent unless otherwise stated.

 

Modifications to Terms and Conditions:
Bodega Siete Gotas reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

 

Compliance with Local Laws:
All guests are expected to comply with local laws and regulations while on the premises.

 

Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes arising under these terms will be addressed through negotiation, mediation, in accordance with the laws of Curaçao.
